On August 1, 2005, Tod and Brett Johnson broke ground on our site redevelopment. After 37 years of service from our existing facility, and with much encouragement from our manufacturers, we have begun the process of building a brand new state of the art facility that will have more than twice the capacity of our current building. As this project progresses, you will notice that work on the new facility will be going on all around us. The new service and parts department building will be erected directly to the south of our current building. We also will be building a brand new exclusive Chevrolet showroom on the west part of our lot. This phase of the project will be completed in eight to nine months. The second phase of the project will be to demolish our current building and build a brand new exclusive Mazda showroom on the east portion of our lot. This second phase will take approximately five to six months. We know that these new facilities will help us serve you better than ever before.
